It takes a great deal of volunteer effort to secure and maintain trails. This page lists web sites with information about trails in Salt Lake City or the Wasatch.
The Salt Lake Valley is currently undergoing a major effort to create green corridors and trail systems to connect the Salt Lake Valley. Major efforts include the Jordan River Walkway, the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, Dimple Dell and the proposed Parley's trail corridor.
