Many Utahns are struggling under and unbearable weight of excessive debt. The US consumer culture does a great job encouraging people to sign up for credit and spend. Unfortunately, spending borrowed money often leads to ruin.
Utah Saves is a state wide initiative to encourage people to save and to educate people on the proper use of credit.
