Great Salt Lake Yacht Club

Pink Floyd isn't the only creature that's discovered the Salt Lake Valley's not so hidden treasure...the Great Salt Lake.

The Great Salt Lake Yacht Club is the proud home of the world's saltiest sailors. The club has information on how you can get out and enjoy the unique experience of sailing on Utah inland sea.

The web site lists club events and sailing seminars. It includes a bulletin board and the archives of the club's newsletter the Brine Flyer. They even have a few pictures of the Great Salt Lake's most famous resident: Pink Floyd.

So, my suggestion for this weekend is to throw a few thousand brine shrimp on the grill. After that mistake...visit the Great Salt Lake.
