Xlear offers products sweetened with xylitol. The line up includes gums, mints and a nasal spray. Xylitol is a natural low calory sweetener that is better for the teeth than artifcial sweeteners.
I found Xlear products on Amazon.com. The video below shows some of the extensive dental research done on the product. For that matter, the dentist on the left in the video just happens to be my dentist.
