naked fish

naked fish is a Japanese bistro on 100 South. The restaurant only offers fish that were harvested with sustainable practices.

Sadly, people have a tendency to abuse the commons. The fisheries of the world are among the most important commons on our planet. Historically, people have a tendency to overharvest a species and cause an ecosystem collapse. The sustainable seafood movement wishes to reverse that trend by educating the public on the best fishing practices. Monterrey Bay Aquarium offers the public a handy site called Seafood Watch which rates different fish to help people buy the most eco-friendly fish.
