Shabby Apple
What's with the fashion industry?
Hollywood and top designers have a bizarre idea about what women are and what they want to wear.
Established in 2006, Shabby Apple was developed by two fashion afficiandos (Emily McCormick and CK Wooley) who could not find the fashions they desired in the box stores. The fashioned desired was a great looking, simple, one-piece elegant dress.
Flush with entrepreneurial spirit, the pair ventured forth, found the clothes the desired and set up an online shop.
Fashionwise, Shabby Apple falls into the modestly elegant category ... which is what people want in a one-piece dress.
Today, Shabby Apple carries dresses for women, adolescents, girls and toddlers. The selection includes maternity wear and accessories.
The store prides itself on green and fair trade practices.
