The Wild Grape Bistro

The Wild Grape Bistro at 481 E South Temple is helping to define a New West cuisine featuring sustainable cooking practices and locally grown foods.

New West cuisine is a chef enhanced version of traditional Western style "from-scratch-cooking." Cooking techniques include a wood fired grill and smoker.

The web site includes the restaurant's menu, chef biographies along with a listing of events ... which includes live music on Thursday. You can follow the restaurant on Twitter.
