CAWS (The Community Animal Welfare Society is a local group interested in animal welfare. The site includes photos of people matched to stray pets.
The quilts page is cool. A group of people got together and made small quilts to line the cages of cats at the shelter.
Anyway, for people looking for a cause, protecting animal welfare is a good CAWS.
