Buy Local First is a campaign by the Vest Pocket Coalition and area business owners to encourage people to do business locally. When you do business locally, your money stays in the community where it can help fund local charities, provide local jobs, etc.. The site's original emphasis was to buy locally in Salt Lake City. The scope of the program has expanded to a statewide effort.

If you have a Utah owned business, you will want to add your site to the directory. The company has been running an aggressive and effective campaign to raise awareness of the importance of a strong local economic climate.
