Drake Family Farms

In my opinion, the best use of the small farms remaining in the Salt Lake Valley is for growing local organic products and education. The Drake Family Farms is 10 acre Century Farm located in West Jordan. The farm is curretnly raising goats. They produce goat milk, goat milk cheese and goat milk soap.

The site has information on the advantages of goats milk, a history of the farm. A, just for the kids, they have a photo gallery of their kids.
