The real estate category has some of the most authentic web sites in the local internet. Real estate agents tend to be entrepreneurs. Their web sites link to resources that they feel will of use to their clients.

I chose Steve Bryant's realty site as the site of the simple because I believe there is a great deal of value in authentic web sites. It is what a home page should be.

From a design perspective: the pages are somewhat jumbled and I cannot see an overall structure to the navigation. A fair portion of the site is just links to services used by the agency. I hope Mr. Bryant keeps adding stuff to the site.
