I have to confess. KUCL Channel 9 has some of the most interesting television around. I've occasionally been drawn into their shows. Then again, I was that nerdy kid in class who found the math lectures fascinating. For that matter, they still are.

The main use of the channel is for broadcasting telecourses. You can get university credits for many of the shows. It is an extremely convenient way to get general requirements out of the way. The channel produces classes for SLCC, USVC, U of U and USU. The Telecourse Page matches shows to schools.

For the public at large, the shows provide a fun glimpse into the world of education.

The KUCL site is part of the larger Utah Education Network which has a large amount of commercial free content.
