The Salt Lake Valley is currently undergoing a major effort to create green corridors and trail systems to connect the Salt Lake Valley. Major efforts include the Jordan River Walkway, the Bonneville Shoreline Trail, Dimple Dell and the proposed Parley's trail corridor.

Bonneville Shoreline Trail (www.bonnevilleshorelinetrail.org) - review The Bonneville Shoreline Trail is a ninety-mile long pedestrian and bicycle path which is being built across the foothills of the Wasatch Range along a route that follows the eastern shoreline of ancient Lake Bonneville.

Great Western Trail (gwt.org) The Great Western Trail is a network of parallel motorized and hiking trails stretching from Arizona to Montanta with routes through the Wasatch.
