Many Utah websites host online forums and messages boards. Most of the community boards center around a topic such as radio, crafting, etc.. Originally, this directoy just listed web sites from Salt Lake, as most of the forums target all of Utah, I expanded the scope, so the directory includes forums from Provo, St. George and other towns in Utah.
